Definitions The World Registry of Wills, the owner of this site, is herein referred to by the acronym WRW.
The person submitting the data on the Register page is herein referred to as the Registrant.
The person submitting the data on the Search page is herein referrred to as Searcher.

WRW does not accept or store Wills; nor does it render legal or tax advisory services.
Services Provided and Limited Contractual Relationship
WRW agrees to accept data submitted (“submitted data”) by the Registrant through the Register page on this website and undertakes to store the submitted data in a database of its choice. The fee charged for this service covers the cost of entering the data into WRW’s database and, upon completion of this task, WRW shall have no further contractual relationship with the Registrant. WRW does not commit to store and retain the submitted data indefinitely. However, WRW may contact each Registrant on filing anniversary dates, via email, and request updating stored data, if applicable.
Similarly, WRW agrees to accept search data submitted (“submitted search data”) by the Searcher through the Search page on this website and undertakes to search its database according to the submitted search data for a possible match. The fee charged for this services covers the cost of entering the submitted search data into WRW’s database and carrying out a computer search of its database and reporting its findings, if any, to the Searcher. Upon completion of this task, the WRW shall have no further contractual relationship with the Searcher.
The contractual relationship that exists between WRW and a Registrant and a Searcher for a limited period of time, as defined herein, shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute arising from the services provided shall be settled in the appropriate judicial jurisdiction of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Use of Data The nature of WRW’s business is to accept submitted data that would normally be deemed to be of a private and confidential nature. However, the Registrant, upon transmitting the submitted data, spefically waves any rights and deemed privileges as to the privacy and confidentiality of the submitted data as it is the Registrants specific desire that WRW release pertinent data submitted via the Register page (and identified as items 1. and 2.) and stored in its database to any Seacher upon the payment of the required fee.
In order to provide all of WRW’s present or future Registrants and Searchers with the best possible services, each Registrant grants WRW the right to contact and interact with businesses, organizations, institutions or individuals named as repositories of a Registrant’s Will for the purpose of expanding WRW’s own database.
Consequently, WRW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or examplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owner of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use of any of the services or any misuse of any of the services in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
Search Policy Search requests will be dealt with expeditiously, based upon the search criteria received, and WRW may elect to interact with the Searcher to refine the search, in the event that the submitted search data has produced multiple finds.
Refund Policy
WRW provides no refunds for any of its fees paid for by or on behalf of a Registrant or Searcher.
Terms of Use Statement
The Registrant agrees and confirms, by paying the applicable Registration Fee to be bound by all terms and conditions contained on this Terms page and that any verbal or written undertakings not reflected on this Terms page shall be null and void.
